宋吳曾能改齋漫錄云：本朝開寶中，眞州有漁者釣得木刻夫人，背刻丁氏二字。旣歸，神事之，輒有靈驗。立廟江上，舟過其下者，必祀而後濟。州爲保奏，封安濟夫人。
