縣志：漢太史楊碩宅，在華陰縣東南五里。隋開皇元年改爲拜嶽壇，仍勅圖太史像于堂後室中。唐開元四年，改爲華嶽觀。按：王處一謂華嶽觀爲漢武帝建，此云拜嶽壇改爲華嶽觀在唐開元四年，未知訣是，存考。
