抱朴子：南陽文氏，其先祖漢中人，值亂逃華陰山中，固飢欲死，有二人敎之食术，遂不飢。後還鄉里，顏色更少，氣力轉勝，故术一名山精。神藥經曰：必欲長生，當服山精。
