本草：禹餘糧出華山，禹常採此當糧。根如盞，皮如茯苓，人取以賞榖不飢。愽物志：禹餘糧是還魂石中黃，千鬼神禽獸守之，不可妄得，所謂蒒也。七月稔熟，食之如大麥。
