吳山福地杭之吳山，肇自天目郡城之中。山之南有庵曰重陽，唐時所建也。宋寶慶間，三十八代天師廣微子書吳山福地四字刻石現存，書省郎中里域眞字俾額，江浙等處行中書省郎中張天祐書。
