本書乃福建毛君復初家藏鈔本，由福建連城鄧君雨蒼親攜至滬，囑寧代爲校勘，出版流通。其排版、印刷、裝釘紙料等費，則由鄧君雨蒼與張君竹銘向丹道刻經會商妥籌墊。今後本書始能與讀者相見，毛、鄧、張三君不爲無功。
