磨頂龍
左手拏龍作甚磨，却將右手頂頭磨，前輕后重無火，但使心酸没柰何。至內曰：左手拿龍之頸，右手摩龍之頂。前輕前輕者，爲其畏也。後重者，使其頑劣也。無多者，以心酸方止。既止，使其頑劣無知，見虎而不惧也。
