懸
懸
縣心崖一處，手抱懸梁著力稱。仍令左右各分明，一升一降周三八。疾病除，氣血行。至剛曰：以兩手着力抱懸梁，懸起身軀，一力起於粱之左，一力懸起於梁之右。如是行之，則疾病蠲除，氣血調和，四肢舒暢，五臟安𨓜也。
