物力維艱，生生不易。儉以持躬，心神乃斂。昆蟲草木，一絲一粒，均須用所當用，不可過傷天地之氣，以致斲喪元機，剝落本性。修士宜淸心寡欲，歸眞返璞，庶見道速而成功易也。
