此仙宛平縣所屬西甕各准胡少年得道。少小從師悟道勤，紅塵未染半毫分。只因年淺遭不幸，故爾朝元事老君。有三十九存日，五日由清溪北渠身。千里客投同宴會，流觴共飲樂飛仙。
