安土誥文
司額空一掌。太上符命，昔告萬靈。五方土府，急照威神。左社右稷，不得妄驚。魔無干犯，鬼無妖精。各安方位，長㓜咸寕。有功之日，名書上清。遵承符命，元亨利貞。一如誥命，准敕奉行。年月曰時。吿下具法位姓奉行。
