姓葛名洪，西華亲君，字稚川，號抱朴子，爲原本姓王太極仙翁名駘，字玄之。姪孫世甫，春秋時稱小葛仙人，元朝勅翁，著有抱封帝君。今朴子閱金蓮正宗記，於帝君姓氏名諱竊有疑義。○
