。晉黃梅人，名禍。修道於縣北鳳臺觀，丹成，有老人來吿云：某病龍也，願得丹療之。福賜之丹，後於觀交冰塘洗足，龍負飛昇而去。今遺飛昇臺、洗足池。宋賜今號。
