精從氣說
神有元神，氣有元氣，精得無元精乎？蓋精依氣生，精實腎宫而氣融之，故隨氣而昇陽爲鉛者，此也。精實而元氣不生，元陽不見，何益於我哉？元神見而元氣生，元氣生則元精產。
