第一符
用絹半寸方，以朱書。左手午上爲訣，念呪書，以蠟丸之。於第一日丑時服之，乳香湯下。念呪三遍書成。呪曰：
天靈三光神，令我受賜命。令受勑斬汝，勑至法奉行。
