用絹半寸方，以朱書，左手申上爲訣，念呪書之，以蠟爲丸。於第二日午時服之，乳香湯下。念呪三遍乃書成。呪曰：
本爲汝我損，我今辟合汝。如是諸飛天，流浪飲屍鬼。
