無爲道常無爲而無不爲。上德無爲而無以爲。上仁爲之而無以爲。吾是以知無爲之有益。無爲之益，天下希及之。損之又損，以至於無爲爲無爲，無爲而無不爲。愛民治國，能無爲乎。人能無以生爲者。
