有爲下德爲之而有以爲。上義爲之而有以爲。强爲故强爲之容。不爲愛養萬物而不爲主。萬物歸焉而不爲主。不敢爲天下先。不敢爲主而爲客。不爲而威。天下神器，不可爲也。使民不爲盜。使夫知者不敢爲也。
