枸杞根三十斤，取皮別著，九蒸九曝，擣粉；取根骨煎之，添水可三䂖。後併煎之，可如稀餳，即入前朴和丸，丸如梧相子，服之一劑，壽如百年
此方傳李八百，立盟勿傳，天殃將罰。
