唵▲那思虚遮伽娑訶。

呪曰：北斗斗中，益筭神君，身披白服，神字子寅。下領兵將，斷滅邪羣。神符宣告，咸得長生。救護羣品，家國咸寧。急急如髙上玉皇紫微帝君律令。
