唵婆帝那吟羅娑訶。

呪曰：北斗斗中，消災神君，身披紫衣，神字子真。下領兵將，銷爍魔羣。神符宣告，五體安寧。收攝兇殃，摧滅邪精。急急如髙上玉皇紫微帝君律令。
