唵咄都盧陀娑訶。

呪曰：北斗斗中，散禍神君，身披朱衣，神字子明。下領兵將，斬滅鬼兵。神符告下，舉形上清。消災散禍，永保安寧。急急如髙上玉皇紫微帝君律令。
