鴨等彈
鵝鴨無雄，宜多餧。豆麥肥壯，則生彈，可以供食，可以淹藏。自冬至後至清明前，皆可淹。每彈一百箇，男鹽十兩，灰三升，拌勻，以彈蘸米飲於鹽灰內，衮成□，收乾瓮內，可留至夏間食。
