將身卧地把心閑，以脉齊胸兩手板。一築一登連九九，自然轉過尾閭閧。至剛曰：身卧地而一心忘身，膝齊胸而兩手扳膝，困登扳之数，轉過尾閭之関，未有不用登扳而能轉過尾閭之閱者也。
