財至此凡九見。擄掠視使，每爲更慘，不必盡出於盗賊也。凡所取非一人之財，而又絶非人心之所願輸者，則與擄掠何異？其報維何？有下文漏脯灼酒之說在。孟子曰：非其有而取之者，盗也。
