凡八節之日，是上天八會大慶之日也。其日，諸天大聖尊神，上會靈寳玄都、玉京上宫，朝慶天眞，奉戒持齋，遊行誦經，此日修齋持戒、宗奉天文者，皆爲五帝所舉，書名玉曆。
