心齋
南華眞經曰：顔淵問道於孔子，孔子曰：汝齋戒，吾將告汝。顔淵曰：回貧，唯不飮酒、不茹葷乆矣。孔子曰：是祭祀之齋，非心齋也。汝一志，無以耳聽而以心聽，無以心聽而以氣聽。䟽瀹汝心，除嗜慾也；澡雪汝精神，去穢累也；掊擊其智，絶思慮也。夫無思無慮則專道，無嗜無慾則樂道，無穢無累則合道。旣心無二想，故曰一志。
