甖子粟
甖子粟 味甘平，無毒，主丹石發動，不下食。和竹瀝煮作粥食之，極美。一名象榖，一名米囊，一名御米。花紅白色，似髇箭頭，中有米，亦名嚢子。髇音孝。
衍義曰：甖子粟，其花亦有多葉者。其子一甖數千萬粒，大小如葶藶子，其色白，隔年種則佳。研子以水煎，仍加蜜爲甖粟湯，服石人甚宜飮。
