師草實
味甘平，無毒，主不饑，輕身。岀東海洲島。似大麥，秋熟。一名禹餘粮，非石之餘粮也。
海藥云：其實如毬子，八月收之。彼常食之物，主補虚羸乏損，温腸胃，止嘔逆，久食徤人。一名然榖，中國人未曾見也。
