逍遥子胎息訣

夫修者，志也，養也；養者，頥也，伏也，真也。凡欲養息，先須養精，凡欲養精，先須養神，凡欲養神，先須養性，凡欲養性，先須養命。性命者，乃是神炁也，魂魄也，隂陽也，離坎也。久而行之，結成聖胎，乃眞胎息也。
