張天師胎息訣
夫元炁無形，真心無法，大道無迹，唯鍊息一法，乃含真道。又云心定、炁定、神定，凡修道流，若合大丹元道，清虛寂靜，絶慮忘意，空靜無物，萬法無蹤，真修胎息也，成仙無疑也。
