陰陽入握章

人以左手爲陽，内主腎，半夜氣自腎生神，從心降，握左手不開，閉左目不視，存神至腎，出左目下左手，三百六十功乃開。午時，氣自心降，神從腎升，握右手不開，閉右目不視，存神至心，出右目下右手，三百六十功乃開。如此行三千日，可視千萬里之事，天地山川星象草木，莫不知數，莫不知靈，人心不測之事，皆可得之矣。
