胎息吐納章
先調氣令不出不入，自固宻，常漱華池眞精，三千功胎息既行，津液成玄珠，可吐而又納之，不惟長年亦可閉尾閭成眞精，胎息玄珠，乆乆自結，自下上泥丸，不絶則長生焉。
