火鍊

師以兩手握固，舉起身心，存黄庭中真炁昇上絳宫，光明烜赫，如大日輪，自然徧體如火之熱。先從自己，次至虛空，化爲金光一團，充滿世界，輝天朗地，志意舒暢，良久豁然。

玄眞曰：地二生火，次當火鍊。
