菘菜即生菜，近火尤易熟，諸菜皆可，菘菜即生菜。□不托新黑豆煑取濃汁，搜麪作湯餠，極甘美，能去麪毒，令不蒸𤍠。服丹石人尤宜食此。雜尊菜爲羹，妙。
