大麥醋
大麥仁二斗，内一斗炒令黃色，水浸一宿，炊熟。以白麪六斤拌和，於凈室內鋪蓆攤勻，楮葉覆蓋七日，黃衣上晒乾。又將一斗炒黃，浸一宿，炊熟，攤温，同和入黃子在缸內，以水六斗攪勻，密蓋。三七日可熟。
