治膽腑吐納用嘻法
以鼻漸長引氣，以口嘻之，去膽家病，并除隂臓一切泠。隂汗盜汗，面無顏色，小腸脹滿，臍下泠痛，口乾舌澁數嘻之，疾乃愈。
右五臟六腑圖，取其要者略之，故文不足尋者數之。
肺呬、心呵、肝嘘、脾呼、腎吹、膽嘻。
右此六字，六腑之氣，非神名，人用冝知之，但爲除疾，非胎息也。
