What a reading contains

01
Summary first

Two or three sentences that answer your question: will it happen, should you act, roughly when. A Zi Wei reading opens with the chart's standing and your current ten-year period.

02
Chapter by chapter

Six to eight chapters in the order the art itself reads a chart, each brought back to your question.

03
Traced to the chart

Every judgement names its source — palace and gate, transmission, line, star and transformation — so you can check it against the board.

04
Follow-ups

Still unsure about something? Ask a follow-up and the author answers on top of the reading.

Questions

How is this different from “copy to AI” on the casting page?

“Copy to AI” hands the chart to a general chatbot to riff on. A reading uses prompts written for each art’s own method — for the yarrow I Ching the server also applies Zhu Xi’s rules to fix the governing text and attaches the original Classic — with its length, structure and citations held in check, kept for good and open to follow-ups.

Why write a question?

The old rule is no casting without a question. The same chart is read completely differently for money, marriage or health; a clear question is what lets the reading pick the right signifiers. A Zi Wei reading covers your whole life, so there the concern is optional.

How long does it take, and where do I find it?

Usually 3–10 minutes after payment, and we message you when it is ready. After that it lives under Account → My readings.

How many questions can one chart answer?

For Qimen, Liu Ren, the yarrow I Ching and Liu Yao: one chart, one matter — follow-ups go deeper on the same matter, and for something else you cast again. A Zi Wei chart is read for a lifetime, and follow-ups can touch any part of it.
