- 中五之气 · 客主不相得
何以成此步少阳客与阳明主客克其主,天人不相得,邪正交争于一时。
需权衡同一时位而主客异治——主胜则从主、客胜则从客,须辨何者为甚而分上下论治。
- 中中运乘司天 · 气化偏并
何以成中运水下临而克司天火,运强气弱,气化为运所并,岁候多从运变。
需权衡运气相乘则病有偏并——当权运、气孰主孰从,毋执司天常候而失其变。
司天在泉 · 淫胜治则用药
风热湿火燥寒所胜,各有平治佐使之法
风淫所胜,平以辛凉,佐以苦甘。

东方生风,风生木,木生酸,酸生肝……在脏为肝,在窍为目,在志为怒。

岁水太过病候水太过则寒气流行,邪害心火,身热烦心、谵妄、腹大胫肿;不及则湿乃盛行,腹满身重、濡泄、腰股痛、足痿清厥。

刚柔失守,升降不前,越三岁而化疫
升降不前,气交有变,即成暴郁……失守其位,即天运化易,三年变大疫。

乙丙丁戊庚辛壬癸之岁,臣面北而受令,故为北政。
北政之年,少阴司天则两尺不应,少阴在泉则两寸不应;与南政适相反。
北政之岁,少阴在泉,则寸口不应。

生年中运成禀赋之偏,可叠流年而参调养
能毒者以厚药,不胜毒者以薄药。
